Back in the Summer, in honor of the Jamaican Independence celebrations, we were flooded with competition entries to win a one-of-a-kind private dining experience. A special night, curated and prepared by guest chef Natty Can Cook and SDJ Executive Chef, Jarrell Johnson.

Being recognised as one of the top 25 pop-up chefs and food entrepreneurs in the UK on the electrifying culinary battleground of television, MasterChef: The Professionals, is genuinely a remarkable achievement. Sweet Dee's Jerk founders were invited down to judge five contenders who had to cope with confined kitchen space in the form of a pop-up restaurant and then set out to deliver an exceptional plate to impress and advance to the next round of the competition.
